Dr. Diaz is from Puerto Rico. Studied dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also did his AEGD at University of Maryland and his post graduate studies in Endodontics at Temple University. He worked in Texas for nine years until he moved to South Florida in 2005. Dr. Diaz has been working with Dr. Nelson for 9 years as the Endodontist for Hope Dental Group.
Aside from being an Endodontist, Dr. Diaz is married to his wife Rosie and have 2 beautiful girls. He enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with his family.
Susan was born in South Korea and grew up in Naperville, IL. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University and DH degree from New York University of Dental School.
She understands the importance of quality dental service and treats each patient with respect, compassion, and professionalism. She practices regularly in continuing education in all aspect of dentistry.
When she's not working, she enjoys watching foreign movies, hiking and biking. Currently, Susan and her husband are busy parents to two teenagers.
Abraham Josue was born in Haiti and immigrated to North Miami, Florida with his family in 1994. He is a man of faith, a husband and father of two. He attended Miami Dade College where he received an Associate in Science degree in Dental Hygiene. After taking the National and Florida State Board examinations, he became a registered dental hygienist. He is also certified in local dental anesthesia. With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, Abraham brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
In strives of making every patient’s dental visit a pleasant experience, he does a fantastic job of making patients feel comfortable. Educating his patients and making a difference in their oral and overall health is his top priority. Abraham’s patients are guaranteed to receive the highest standard of care and service with every encounter. Abraham also serves as a volunteer at Robert Morgan Educational Center.
In his spare time, Abraham enjoys working out in the gym, playing soccer, reading and spending time with his family.
Antoinette Ramsay was born and raised in Jamaica. She migrated to the United States in her twenties. She is a proud wife, mother of 2 and a loving grandmother,
She is DANB certified dental assistant with 15 years of experience. Antoinette graduated from Georgia Medical Institute, where she was offered a teaching position in Dentistry, which she promptly refused due to her love for patient interaction in the field. She enjoys drawing, gardening & anything else that consist of art and outdoors.
In the near future, Antoinette intends to retire in Portland, Jamaica, where she will be spending her mornings gardening, her afternoons on the beach and her evenings watching the beautiful Jamaican sunset.
Abigail is the Scheduling Coordinator at Hope Dental Group with Dr. Jacqueline Nelson Mangatal.
Abigail was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Island. She graduated from Charlotte Amalie High School. And later pursued college courses at the University of the US Virgin Island.
Serving as Administrative Assistant for 12 years at Cheetham & Lui P.C. Gastroenterologist office. I served with the most professionalism and adhering to the patient confidentiality. Her many years of experience prepared her and groomed her to be the ideal candidate for her current position.
Abigail is a hardworking, courteous, trustworthy and dependable mother of a wonderful son. She loves to read, sing and spend quality with her family.
Stef is the current Office manager for Hope Dental Group, for Dr. Jacqueline Nelson Mangatal dental practice. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela and the only daughter to two Haitian migrants who moved to Venezuela in the early 80's for a better life. Her family than migrated to South Florida in 1994, where she did all her primary and secondary schooling.
After graduating high school in 2005, she later on went to Atlantic Technical college to study Health Unit Coordinator. In 2011, she switched career paths and went to school at Atlantic Technical College, where she got her certificate and later on her license to become a CDA in the state of Florida. After 8 years of being a CDA, I'm now currently enrolled at Keiser University studying Health Administration.
My greatest accomplishment of all is being a wife to my wonderful, supportive husband Renel & mother to her five- & two-years old kids. She loves going to the gym, doing outreach work with her church as well as spending quality time at home with her family.
